A lot of people tell me that my Onion Dip Mix makes a dip that is better than dips made with onion soups. I sure do like hearing that because I try to add that extra ZING! to my recipes. You can also use Kimo’s Onion Mix as a topping for a baked potato and over hot pasta or pasta salad. For topping pasta, you need to substitute sour cream in place of mayonnaise (1½ cups) and serve with a light dusting of parmesan cheese.
